Ruger's Hawkeye M77 50th Anniversary Rifle has a non-rotating, Mauser-type controlled round feed extractor which features a fixed blade-type ejector that positively ejects the empty cases as the bolt is moved fully rearward. The cold hammer-forged barrel results in ultra-precise rifling which provides exceptional accuracy, longevity and easy cleaning. It also has a three-position safety. The 50th Anniversary model features a high-grade walnut stock and satin blued finish. This compact and quick-handling rifle is easy to carry and quick to shoulder. It also features custom "M77 50 Years" engravings on both the bolt handle and floorplate. The included scope rings come packaged in a red felt bag as they did 50 years ago with the original rifles.
